Millennium Farms' EVEN THE SCORE was a 2007 Top 25 Leading Freshman Yearling Sire. Ranked 22nd on that list, the son of Unbridled's Song had a yearling avergage of $43,000. His top colt sold for $160,000, with his top filly bringing $125,000. He stands for a fee of $7,500, and his first crop are now two-year-olds of 2008.

Even the Score was represented by a high selling colt bringing $160,000 (bought by Barry Berkelhammer for Jack Wolf) and a high selling filly bringing $125,000 (purchased by Heiligbrodt Racing Stable). Littleexpectations led by gross on the first day of the Fasig Tipton Texas Yearling Sale. The son of Valid Appeal had 5 yearlings go through the ring for a gross of $116,500. The second highest gross for any other stallion was $77,000. The highest seller by Littleexpectations was Light Expectations out of the Open Forum mare Light Forum. Congratulations to owner Ben E. Trainer Todd Pletcher will saddle Circular Quay and King of the Roxy for Saturday's Preakness Stakes. King of Roxy, who skipped the Derby after finishing second in the Santa Anita Derby, was expected to be ridden by Garrett Gomez, the jockey's agent said. "I'm assuming it is King of the Roxy because we worked him over the weekend, but I haven't been given the final word," agent Ron Anderson said.

Because of some question about this colt's distance capabilities, his connections chose to skip the Kentucky Derby and aim, instead, for the Preakness Stakes. The son of Littleexpectations out of a Bold Forbes mare has been prominent on the Triple Crown trail, winning the Grade II Hutcheson Stakes before bowing by a mere half-length to Tiago in the Grade I Santa Anita Derby.
